You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 55gl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.

All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited. Validity periods are non-extendable unless 55gl expressly states otherwise.
All games available on the 55gl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
All outcomes in 55gl's electronic games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is entirely independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 55gl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. 55gl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager. In no event shall 55gl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55gl account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 55gl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
55gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 55gl's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure by the player — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may request the closure of your 55gl account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining balance. 55gl will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving a valid request.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 55gl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 55gl's customer support team. 55gl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with 55gl's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
55gl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55gl will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.
The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
